Despite her vulnerability and his unexplained excavation, the pair hit it off; sharing an appreciation of semantics, and Ancient greek culture. Both man and woman are momentarily transported to a simpler time and place, their hearts a flutter. Only Sophocles, the dog, remains unpersuaded.
